We offer property refurbishment, renovation, and improvement services as described in your agreed quotation or scope of work. All services are subject to availability and may be adjusted by mutual agreement.

2. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Any additional work not included in the original quote will incur additional charges.

  • Prices are inclusive of VAT (if applicable), unless otherwise stated.

  • A deposit may be required before work begins.

3. Payments

10. Disputes
