Our work focuses on upgrading essential living spaces, kitchens and bathrooms bringing them up to modern standards of comfort, safety, and energy efficiency. On average, we refurbish around 20 kitchens and bathrooms every single week, amounting to nearly 80 completed installations per month. These figures reflect not only our operational scale but also our commitment to consistently delivering high-quality results on time and to specification.

Specialist Work – “Mods” Properties
In addition to standard refurbishments, we also handled 30 specialist properties, referred to as “Mods.” These homes required more technical adjustments — such as relocating sinks, repositioning toilets, or altering kitchen layouts to better accommodate the needs of residents.
Our flexibility and attention to detail ensured each Mod property was handled with care and tailored to specific requirements, without compromising on quality or speed.
