Plasterers

Job Description- You will be in charge of general plastering incuding bonding,skimming, boarding walls & ceilings in bathrooms and kitchens creating a smooth and decorative finish. This role requires knowledge of materials, precision, manual skill and knowledge of different plastering techniques.

Responsibilities–

1. Your key responsibilities will be to prepare all the surfaces by cleaning, sanding or applying bonding agents to ensure a proper adhesion of plaster.
2. Repair any cracks, holes or imperfections in the existing plasterwork and create a smooth, level finish.
3. The correct mixing of plaster for the right consistency using manual or mechanical methods. H&S requirements are being met.

Duties-

1. Surface preparation- clean and prepare walls, ceilings, repair cracks or other surface imperfections.
2. Mixing materials- Mixing the appropriate plaster types for the appropriate surface.
3. Safety and cleanliness- maintaining a clean and organised environment to reduce any damage or hazards within the working environment, wearing the appropriate work wear.
4. Time management- our projects are very fast pace and workers are expected to work with the programme ensuring everything is on time to be passed over to the client.

Qualifications – CSCS card with experience
