L&C Refurb continues to build on its proven track record in kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, now extending our services through Lovell, working on behalf of Midland Heart and Shropshire Town & Rural Housing (Star Housing). Alongside our ongoing work with Equans in Birmingham, this project marks a multi-stream delivery approach that reflects our flexibility and operational capacity across the Midlands.
Project Overview
This collaborative programme spans multiple clients and areas, with refurbishment work focused on bringing kitchens and bathrooms in social housing up to modern standards. The current streams include:
Equans (Birmingham)
Averaging 8–10 kitchens and bathrooms per week across Birmingham as part of a wider improvement strategy with Equans.
Midland Heart (via Lovell)
Delivering approximately 10 kitchens and 2 bathrooms per week, focusing on improving the living conditions across Midland Heart housing stock.
Star Housing (via Lovell)
Refurbishing around 3 kitchens and 2 bathrooms per week, providing tailored upgrades to properties under Shropshire Town & Rural Housing.
