Job Details

  • Job Description- A finisher is in charge pf completing the final states of the renovation work. This includes some painting, minor carpentry, cleaning and ensuring the property is  high standard and safe to hand over to the client.

  • Responsibilities–

    1. Paint or touch up surfaces to ensure a clean and professional appearance.
    2. Repair small defects such as cracks, dents or chips.
    3. Installing finishing materials such as skirting boards, trims and door hardware.
    4. Ensuring all surfaces are smooth, clean and ready for handover.

  • Requirements-

    1. Proven experience in refurbishment or constructing finishing work.
    2. Competence in basic carpentry, plaster patching, painting and surface preparation.
    3. Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.
    4. Ensure to fit to a tight time schedule while maintaining good quality work.

  • Qualifications – CSCS card with experience

  • *All rates to be discussed after application

  • All job roles will be West Midlands based mainly Birmingham. They will all be full time, 8 hours a day Monday- Friday and sometimes overtime.
  • All workers will need the appropriate CSCS card, Working at height, manual handling, asbestos awareness and face fit cert if applicable. (we can carry out a face fit test if required)
