What safety measures are taken on board off and on site?
Abiding by health and safety regulations on our sites is crucial to prevent accidents and to ensure well- being to our workers. To abide by this, we conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards on site, we ensure that all workers have the proper safety training and all certificates to work on site and regularly refreshing training to maintain the safety standards. We also ensure all workers have the correct PPE such as hard hats, steel-toe boots, eye and face protection, high visibility vests and hearing protection.
Is your work environmentally friendly?
To ensure that our sites are environmentally friendly it involves implementing sustainable practices that reduce environmental impact during our works. As our sites use a lot of materials, we aim to reduce, reuse and recycle our materials whenever possible. We reuse and recycle materials such as wood, metal and plastic, avoiding sending materials to landfill.
How do you handle with issues?
As a refurb business, we can face some challenging issues inside and out of our office. When facing an issue we ensure to first understand the problem thoroughly and gather relevant details to break the issue down. Our team work extremely hard to reduce issues and when we do face them we provide solutions which are effective and practical.
What do we mainly specalise in?
At L&C Refurb, we mainly specalise in refurbing and transforming kitchen and bathrooms for our current provider Equans & Lovell Homes. Our refurbishments provide a more suitable and modern way of living for every client.
