Job Details

  • Job Description- A Labourer working on our refurbishment projects are skilled trade workers performing in a range of manual tasks to assist with the renovation. This role involves site preparation, material handling, basic demolition, collecting rubbish or re-using materials, maintaining cleanliness and safety on-site.

  • Responsibilities–

    1. Assisting tradespeople such as carpenters, painters and plasterers.
    2. Carrying out light demolition work such as removing old fixtures, flooring, tiles or drywalls.
    3. Load, unload and transport materials and equipment around site.
    4. Follow the health and safety guidelines to maintain a secure and tidy work environment.

  • Qualifications – CSCS card with experience

  • *All rates to be discussed after application

  • All job roles will be West Midlands based mainly Birmingham. They will all be full time, 8 hours a day Monday- Friday and sometimes overtime.
  • All workers will need the appropriate CSCS card, Working at height, manual handling, asbestos awareness and face fit cert if applicable. (we can carry out a face fit test if required)
